Rachel worked brilliantly to ensure the insurance i'd requested was as comprehensive as possible. This included speaking with the underwriters on numerous occasions on the run up to Christmas to ensure that i was fully covered for every eventuality. Nothing was too much trouble, she went over and above and everything was sorted within a week.
